If you have any upper respiratory symptoms or any symptoms of COVID, please do not enter our clinic. Please stay in your vehicle and pull into the circle drive in front of our clinic. A staff member will be out to your vehicle to check you in and give you further instructions.
You will be asked to pull to the back of our building and enter through our COVID entrance door and placed into a room to receive an examination by one of our healthcare providers.
We are disinfecting our room and examination tools between each patient. Be assured we are taking all of the necessary steps to avoid contamination.
Please have your insurance card and ID ready for our staff to copy for your medical record.
We will provide you with a past medical history form and a personal information form to fill out at your first visit. This will ensure we have the necessary information needed to appropriately treat your condition.
We offer PCR testing for COVID-19. It will take 1-2 days to receive results. This is the testing most airlines and states are requiring for travel. Our staff will reach out to you as soon as your results become available. A copy of your result can be forwarded to you at your request.
We have on-site rapid antigen testing that results in 15 minutes. We have tests available for patients who are currently symptomatic. We do recommend following-up any rapid swab with PCR testing. It is best to wait at least 5 days before receiving a rapid test for the most accurate results.
Our lab can draw blood to determine if you have COVID antibodies. These results take 3-5 business days, and we will notify you once they become available. We use LabCorp for our send off antibody testing.
Please see CDC guidelines for the most current COVID-19 quarantine information. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html
We can provide an email, fax, or hard copy of your result. You can call or visit us in person to provide the information needed to forward your results.
